Eteros Technologies is a custom design, engineering and manufacturing facility just outside of Vancouver, B.C. I came on board to create a site to showcase their services, introduce the public to the staff, and take promotional and product photos to be used on social media, in various print and digital designs, and on the site.
Because of the dynamic personalities that work here, I had a bit of fun with the About page which gets down to business at the top, breaking down core values and the story of the company. Halfway down the page, though, I took photos of each employee in 2 different poses, then embedded them in the initial of their first name and created a rollover effect. The site also acts as a hub for job postings and easy contact methods for custom engineering and design work.
In addition to the site, I also started a video series for Instagram called: ‘What would ya say ya do here’, inspired by the film Office Space (a favourite among Eteros employees). Each video shows what an employee does at the business and features some interview snippets, all cut to music and posted on social media. The point was to give people a glimpse at the fun environment at Eteros and the likeable personalities that work there.
